You’ll need only two taps to get the user purchase something in your app, while in WebApps you have to get him fill in his card details (and not only one time for most part if he decides not to save his card data). This whole install friction thing will be compensated by credit card info friction until some point when browsers start saving credit card data and making the process easier, though this will never happen.
